From idea to series production in life science injection moulding: 4 key steps
Idea & Concept
Everything begins with an innovative idea aimed at solving a specific challenge in the life sciences sector. We precisely define the product requirements – focusing on functionality, material selection (PET, PETG, PLA, PS) and regulatory requirements.
Design & Toolmaking
Product design is developed with the highest precision and taking into account all relevant standards. In parallel, we construct the corresponding injection mould to ensure efficient and high-quality series production.
Prototype and test phase
Prototypes are manufactured and extensively tested for functionality, sterility and chemical resistance. Necessary optimisations and validations are carried out before transitioning to series production.
Production & Quality Assurance
We guarantee efficient and consistent mass production with strict quality controls. Sterilisation processes (e.g. gamma irradiation) ensure that all products meet the requirements of the life science industry.

Software and firmware revision for the stabilisation of the zenCELL owl.
