Buy 96-well ELISA plates - High & Medium Binding | innoME
High-quality 96-well ELISA plates with high and medium binding surface - F-bottom, with 8-well strips
The innoME 96-well ELISA plates were developed for maximum sensitivity and reproducibility in ELISA, immunoassay and protein binding workflows developed.
Made from high-quality PS (Polystyrene) with special surface treatment, our ELISA plates offer high protein binding capacity, uniform well geometry and minimal well-to-well variability for reproducible assay results.
Available with High-Binding for maximum antibody coating or Medium binding for less unspecific binding - with removable 8-well strips for flexible number of samples.

Product Information
High Binding - maximum protein binding
Specially treated PS surface with maximum binding capacity for proteins and antibodies. Ideal for standard ELISA, immunoassays with low antigen concentrations and sandwich ELISA. High sensitivity with low background absorbance.
Medium Binding - reduced unspecific binding
Balanced binding capacity for applications where high non-specific binding is problematic. Ideal for assays with high protein concentration, cell culture supernatants and sera with complex matrix.
Removable 8-well strips
Flexible 8-well strips make it possible to use only the required number of wells. Remaining strips can be sealed and stored for later use. Perfect for laboratories that do not always need all 96 wells - saves costs and material.
Standardised well geometry
Precisely manufactured F-bottom wells (flat bottom) with tight tolerances for uniform optical readout. Well-to-well variability below 5% CV. Alphanumerically labelled wells for easy sample identification.
Compatible with all disc readers
ANSI/SLAS compliant - fully compatible with all common microplate readers (Tecan, BioTek, PerkinElmer, Molecular Devices, BMG Labtech) and washer systems.
Quick availability
Both variants (High Binding and Medium Binding) are in stock in the German warehouse. Delivery within 1-3 working days - no import fees.

FAQ
For standard ELISA with purified antigens we recommend High Binding - maximum sensitivity at low antigen concentrations. Medium Binding is more suitable if your samples have complex matrices (serum, cell culture supernatant) or if you want to reduce non-specific binding.
Yes - the 8-well strips are removable and can be used individually. Unused strips can be stored sealed (with aluminium foil or panel sealing film) for up to 12 months. The frames are compatible with standard panel holders.
All innoME ELISA plates comply with the ANSI/SLAS-Standard and are compatible with all common microtitre plate readers: Tecan, BioTek, PerkinElmer, Molecular Devices, BMG Labtech and all ELISA washer systems.
After antibody coating and the blocking step, ELISA plates can be analysed at 4°C with plate sealing film can be stored for up to 4 weeks. Uncoated sheets are stable until the expiry date printed on them.
Both variants are In stock at the German warehouse and will within 1–3 working days Delivered to the EU. No import fees, no delivery delays.
