PC Erlenmeyer flask with venting cap - autoclavable, 0.2 µm PTFE, 125-1000 ml

Sterile PC shake flasks with vent cap (0.2 µm PTFE membrane) - autoclavable up to 125°C, optimum gas exchange, cGMP-compliant

The innoME PC Erlenmeyer flask with venting cap is the most powerful combination in the Erlenmeyer flask range: Polycarbonate (PC) for autoclavability up to 125°C - combined with a 0.2 µm PTFE hydrophobic breathing membrane for optimum gas exchange during shaking.

Ideal for processes that Repeated sterilisation by autoclaving and at the same time Maximum O₂ supply for aerobic shaking cultures. Article numbers: C033125 to C033001.

The sealing cap made of high-strength PP with PTFE membrane remains fully ventilated even after contact with liquid - no membrane closure due to liquid.

Applications

The best choice when autoclavability and maximum gas exchange must be combined.

  • Reusable processes with autoclaving
  • Highly aerobic microbial cultures (E. coli, Bacillus)
  • Yeast fermentation (S. cerevisiae, P. pastoris)
  • CHO, HEK293 in suspension
  • Pilot and pre-production crops
  • Processes with high O₂ requirements
