FAQ
PETG offers higher chemical resistance down to -70°C and is available in smaller volumes (from 5 ml) – ideal for bioprocesses and CGT applications. PET is suitable for standard media handling (125–1,000 ml) and is more cost-effective.
Multi-port valves (2- or 3-port) are ideal for closed process chains – You can add and remove media without opening the bottle. This minimises contamination risks in cGMP processes, biopharmaceuticals, and CGT applications.
Yes – our 10 L PC Carboys are autoclavable up to +125°C and temperature resistant down to -80°C. They are suitable for storage at very low temperatures and sterilisation by autoclaving.
Yes – PETG media bottles are temperature-resistant down to -70°C and are suitable for deep-freeze storage. For storage down to -80°C, we recommend the PC Carboy. Both are leak-proof and suitable for safe long-term storage.
