Our products are manufactured by Luoyang Fudau Biotech Co, Ltd - a professional company that combines research & development, production and sales of biomedical packaging solutions, industrial consumables, laboratory consumables for cell culture and consumables for liquid processes.

Our aim is to contribute to the further development of global life science research.

Fudau's biological production facility is a state-of-the-art manufacturing centre. It has class C and D clean room workshops and class C microbiological test rooms that meet GMP requirements. The facility is equipped with a leading automated cell factory without direct human contact and fully automated production lines for cell culture bottles.

The production line supports various moulding processes, including injection moulding, injection blow moulding and extrusion blow moulding, and is the first company in the world to use injection stretch blow moulding for the production of 3 L and 5 L high-performance shaker bottles.

Multi-layer Cell Factory

A multi-layer cell factory is a bioreactor system that is used in bioprocess technology to manufacture high-quality products using living cells. Several layers of cells arranged on top of each other enable a significantly higher cell density in a limited space.

This arrangement increases productivity and enables more efficient utilisation of resources. The cells can be used to produce various products, including biopharmaceuticals, industrial enzymes or other biotechnological agents. The bioreactor provides controlled conditions for temperature, oxygen supply and nutrient supply.

Erlenmeyer flask

Erlenmeyer flasks are frequently used in laboratories for cell culture, microbial fermentation and chemical reactions. High-performance Erlenmeyer flasks are specially developed to increase the efficiency of biological processes.

An increased surface area improves gas exchange and nutrients can be transported more efficiently to the cells or microorganisms. This is often achieved using baffles or optimised flask shapes, which also ensure better mixing.
